আমরা স্টেডফাস্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে দেশব্যাপী ডেলিভারি করি!
ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা নির্ভর করে আপনি আইটেমটি কোথায় ডেলিভার করতে চান তার উপর। আপনার ধরনের রেফারেন্সের জন্য এখানে কিছু সময় দেওয়া হল-
ঢাকার ভিতরে
সাধারণভাবে, আমরা নিশ্চিতকরণের পরের দিন বিতরণ করি। ব্যতিক্রমী ক্ষেত্রে, এটি 2 থেকে 3 কার্যদিবস বা তার বেশি সময় নিতে পারে সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা ইমেল বা ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে আপডেট করব।
ঢাকার বাইরে/পুরো বাংলাদেশ
আমরা বিভিন্ন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সারাদেশের সমস্ত বড় শহর ডেলিভারি করি, আপনার চেকআউট করার সময় একটি আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি তারিখ দেওয়া হয়। বেশিরভাগ জাতীয় অর্ডার 2 থেকে 5 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে বিতরণ করা হয়। ব্যতিক্রমী ক্ষেত্রে, এটি আরও সময় নিতে পারে তবে চিন্তা করবেন না আমরা আপনাকে আইটেমটি সরবরাহ করার জন্য সর্বোত্তম সম্ভাব্য সময়সূচী দেওয়ার জন্য সময়ে সময়ে পোস্ট করব।

ঢাকা শহর
আমরা ঢাকা শহর জুড়ে বেশিরভাগই পরের দিন ডেলিভারি করি। আপনার অর্ডারের মূল্য 10,000 টাকার বেশি হলে এবং ওজন 2 কেজির কম হলে, আপনার ডেলিভারি বিনামূল্যে হবে৷ যদি আপনার অর্ডার এই সীমার বাইরে হতে পারে, তাহলে আপনাকে চেকআউটের সময় ডেলিভারির জন্য উদ্ধৃত করা হবে।
দেশব্যাপী
আমরা দেশব্যাপী অর্ডার প্রদানের জন্য বিভিন্ন কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির সাথে কাজ করি। আপনি যদি ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারির জন্য চেক আউট করেন তবে বেশিরভাগ আইটেমের জন্য আপনার 100 থেকে 150 টাকা খরচ হবে, ব্যতিক্রমী ক্ষেত্রে আমরা চেকআউটের সময় একটি শিপিং অনুমান প্রদান করি।
আমাদের গুদাম থেকে আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়া এবং পাঠানোর সাথে সাথে আমরা আপনাকে একটি ইমেল পাঠাব এবং সাধারণত, আপনি যদি বিকাল 5 টার আগে একটি অর্ডার দেন তবে আমরা একই দিনে এটি করি। যেখানে প্রয়োজন, আপনার ইমেল বা এসএমএস একটি ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে পারে।
বিকল্পভাবে, আপনি অনলাইনে আপনার অর্ডার স্থিতি ট্র্যাক করতে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে যেতে পারেন।
Delivery Method
We deliver nationwide by SteadFast courier service!
Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered. Here is some timing for your kind reference-
Inside Dhaka
In general, we do deliver the next day after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update by email or over phone call.
Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh
We deliver all major cities across the country via Different Courier Services, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most national orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, it can take more time but don’t worry we will keep you posted time to time to give the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.
Note Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order placed the order and get confirmed before 5 PM]. If an order is placed after 5 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.
We charge for shipping, but it depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order. If your order is more than BDT 10,000, it will be FREE of charge.
Dhaka City
We deliver across the Dhaka city mostly on Next Day. If your order is over BDT 10,000 in value and less than 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
Nationwide
We work with Different Courier companies to deliver orders to nationwide. If you’re checking out for delivery outside of Dhaka it will cost you BDT 100 to 150 Taka for most of the items, in exceptional cases we provide a shipping estimate on checkout.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse and generally, we do it on the same day if you place an order before 5 PM. Where required, your email or SMS may include a tracking number.
